Role and responsibilities:
• Detailed study of the project’s standards and compliance in all the works performed;
• Real-time collaboration and coordination with nw teams Denmark, Qatar and India;
• Management, coordination and advanced support in the BIM department in Albania;
• Modeling in the BIM platform of Mechanical, Hydraulic and Electrical projects;
• Development of detailed drawings (shop drawings);
• Detailed quality control of the BIM model;
• Detailed quality control of drawings (shop drawings);
• Application of all necessary parameters in the model;
• Detailed reporting for all the problems that appear in the project;
• Respecting the time required for the development of the project by respecting;
Other:
• Design of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical disciplines;
• Preparation of the budget for the disciplines (mechanical, hydraulic and electrical);
• Participation in the bidding of the disciplines (mechanical and hydraulic);

Role and responsibilities:
• Prepares the preliminary offer that includes the estimate, production analysis, technical plan and
structure plan;
• Prepares the preliminary project after the estimate is accepted (technical plan, financial
production analysis, merging plans with technical specifications, guarantees, licenses, ISO
certifications, project scanning and printing);
• Prepares the implementation project and issues the list of materials;
• Prepares the final AS-Built project (scanning, printing, opening the physical file for saving
project documents);
• Prepares the permit in the Municipality (builds the cadastral map, builds the schemes according
to the municipality’s application format, prepares the technical report, the statement of
professional responsibility, the schedule of works, the sealing of the panels and each document
prepared with the electronic seal of the technical manager);
• Contact and clarify the clients regarding the implementation of the project;
• Prepares the record of works;
• Maintains constant contact with related implementation engineers on project progress;
• Any other task assigned by the Mechanical Manager;

• Liaises with sales engineers for two-way meters and clock orders;
• Maintains contact with clients for completing documentation, such as for the application to
DSO, the municipality and for the addition of power;
• Contact and clarify the clients regarding the implementation of the project;
• Prepares the record of works;
• Maintains constant contact with related implementation engineers on project progress;
• Any other task assigned by the Electrical Manager;

Role and responsibilities:
• Plans, directs and organizes work on the construction site;
• Follows the progress of the construction works in stages, from the project-idea, implementation
and final approval;
• Controls the implementation of the project, compiles booklets of measures and work situations
as well as the technical conditions of the implementation of the project;
• To know the legislation in force and to apply the rules of technical security at the construction
site;
• To have knowledge in the design of work charts;
• Prepares or coordinates all appropriate technical-legal documentation in the facility;
• Compile employee time sheets, according to the description of work processes in the facility;
• Have very good communication and management skills;
• Performs other functions determined by the Construction Manager/Technical Director;
